“As we move into 2026, CRN’s board of directors brings the perspective and strategic focus our industry needs,” said Steve Mister, president and CEO of CRN. “Our CRN board leadership helps ensure the association remains proactive on legislative and regulatory issues, grounded in science, and committed to supporting responsible growth across the supplement and functional food marketplace.”

CRN’s bylaws require that member companies with annual sales exceeding $120 million receive an automatic seat on the board. Karen Todd, vice president of global brand marketing at Kyowa Hakko U.S.A., is chair-elect, set to take the helm in 2027. Officers include Chris Reid, chief legal officer of Plexus Worldwide, as treasurer, and Aaron Bennett, chief R&D officer at Vytalogy Wellness, as secretary.
